This is an appeal from the judgment of the Circuit Court of Warren County wherein the court sustained the motion of the Appellee, Mrs. Sybil Cutrer, to strike from the record the county court reporter's transcript of the evidence and also sustained the motion of the appellee to docket and dismiss the appeal of the Appellant, First National Bank of Vicksburg.
