Plaintiff in this suit filed a petition for a foreclosure by ordinary process against the defendant James Earl Humble. The suit is based on two promissory notes, one in the amount of $1044.48 payable to the order of petitioner in equal consecutive monthly payments, the first due on or before September 25, 1963 in the amount of $43.52 with consecutive monthly payments on the 25th day of each month thereafter...
