This is a law action to recover for personal injuries to Ardelle Bass, a front seat passenger in an automobile driven by her husband Donald, from a collision with an oncoming pickup truck driven by defendant Muenchow on paved U.S. Highway 30. Trial resulted in judgment on jury verdict for defendant from which plaintiff has appealed.

In reality only one error is assigned —exclusion of plaintiff's offer to prove by the driver...
