This petition for certiorari seeks to review and quash a decision of the respondent liquor control administrator sustaining a decision of the bureau of licenses of the city of Providence suspending the petitioner's class C beverage license for permitting gambling or unlawful gaming on the licensed premises in violation of G.L. 1956, § 3-5-23. We issued the writ October 20, 1961, which was prior in time to the enactment of P.L. 1962...
