This is an application by the wife to change her name as well as the names of her three children to her maiden surname. The children, aged 9, 7 and 3½, reside with her. Her husband, the father of the children, was convicted of murder in the second degree and sentenced for a term of 30 years to life. The conviction was affirmed by the Appellate Division on October 19, 1965 (
