On July 30, 1964, the Board of Directors of the Mansfield School District No. 76, Sebastian County, Arkansas, caused to be published in the Greenwood Democrat their proposed budget of expenditures together with the tax levy for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1965 to and including June 30, 1966. Said notice proposed a tax levy of 50 mills. An official ballot was thereafter prepared for the purpose of submitting the 50 mills school tax to the qualified...
