PER CURIAM:

Defendant was indicted for the crime of selling beer to a minor in violation of Section 124.20 Code, 1962. She pleaded not guilty, was tried before court and jury, found guilty and sentenced to pay a fine of $300 and costs, in default of which she was ordered confined to the county jail at the rate of 1 day for each $5 of the fine remaining unpaid.

Defendant's appeal has been twice submitted on a clerk's transcript. The first submission, in November...
