Appellant appeals from a denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus.

He was sentenced in 1953 to a term of ten years in the District of Nebraska for bank robbery, and commenced the serving of his sentence. On April 7, 1960, he was released from the United States Penitentiary at Leavenworth, Kansas, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. § 4163. At the time of his release he signed an instrument agreeing to the statutory conditions of mandatory release...
