This is a proceeding to modify the provisions of a divorce decree relating to the custody of a minor child of the parties.

The plaintiff, now Marilyn Jones, filed a petition for modification of the divorce decree on August 4, 1965, in which she alleged that the parties were divorced on August 6, 1955.
