Plaintiff pleads that Mon-Jeff Realty Co., engaged in developing a 15-acre tract of land in the Borough of Dunmore as a shopping center, constructed a store for plaintiff and leased it to plaintiff for a determinable term. The lease contained a restrictive covenant prohibiting any other lease for any portion of the property for stores which would sell at retail commodities such as were sold by plaintiff.
