At the October Term, 1965, of the Superior Court for Waldo County the defendant, Daniel A. Trask, was tried for robbery and convicted. The indictment charged the crime of robbery in the usual manner, to wit, that on the thirtieth day of August, 1965, the defendant made an assault upon one Ormond E.
