Plaintiff brought this redhibitory action in the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans on October 23, 1963, seeking to rescind the sale of a Porche automobile which he purchased from defendant for $600. Plaintiff also sought damages for expenses incurred in storing the automobile after the defendant refused the plaintiff's request to rescind the sale.
