The appellee, Addie M. Harvison, administratrix of the estate of L.D. Harvison, Sr., brought suit against the appellant, Life & Casualty Insurance Company of Tennessee in the Circuit Court of Forrest County, alleging that L.D. Harvison, Sr. had entered into a $15,000 contract of life insurance with the appellant, and that the company refused payment thereunder upon Harvison's death. The case was tried before the circuit court without jury....
