LARSON, Justice.

Defendant, a sixty-one-year-old janitor, was convicted of sodomy (fellatio) on a nine-year-old boy. He appeals, urging three errors for reversal.

The principal issue in this case involves the admission into evidence of defendant's statement to summoned officers as they were taking him to the police station for investigation and interrogation.
