Respondent, Crustacean, appeals an order of the District Court directing sale of its ship pursuant to statutory lien of libellant, 46 U.S.C.A., §§ 971, 972, 974.1 We affirm.

On July 1, 1963, Morgan Hackman, a respondent in the action in the District Court, was the sole owner of the M/V "Crustacea", an undocumented vessel, located at Alameda, California...
