Appellant was charged in separate informations with eighteen violations of the District of Columbia Traffic and Motor Vehicle Regulations, all resulting from an early morning chase through city streets. The informations alleged failure to slow at intersections (seven), unreasonable speed (five), failure to obey traffic signals (three), driving without lights, driving on the wrong side of the street, and carrying a defaced permit.
