This is an action instituted by Katie Moorman, plaintiff, against Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company [Nationwide] to recover medical expenses incurred by her as a result of an accident, while she was riding as a passenger in an automobile owned by Mozell J. Wynn, and operated by Margaret Louise Wynn, his wife. Plaintiff alleged that at the time of the accident, Nationwide had in effect an automobile insurance policy issued to Mr. Wynn covering...
