The plaintiffs, Hilary J. Gaudin and the law partnership of Weinstein, Bronfin & Heller, prior to the filing of this action obtained a judgment against Dudley J. LeBlanc for a legal fee owed to them. This judgment was in the amount of $17,250, and was obtained in the Fifteenth Judicial District Court of Vermilion Parish, and was made executory in the Nineteenth Judicial District Court.
