This is an oil drainage case. Cora Zimmerman, the appellant, filed suit in the District Court of Gaines County, Texas, against appellees Texaco, Inc. and Sinclair Oil and Gas Co., Tenneco Oil Company, Socony Mobil Oil Co., Inc. and The Atlantic Refining Co.
