This appeal presents the narrow issue of whether a jury could reasonably find that an alleged libel refers to plaintiff Daniel Fetler. The alleged libel appears in the portrayal of the chief character Maxim in a novel entitled "The Travelers," written by plaintiff's brother Andrew Fetler.
