PHILLIPS, Justice.

This is a suit for damages for the death of Donald Wayne Roberts, 6½ years of age, brought by his parents against the City of Lampasas.

The court, upon a jury's answers to Special Issues, awarded a judgment of $17,500.00.

We affirm the judgment of the trial court.
