This is an action for the refund of income taxes for the years 1958 through 1961 in the total amount of $887.66, together with interest thereon. The parties have stipulated that all administrative and procedural prerequisites have been complied with and that plaintiffs are residents of Kirkwood, St. Louis County, Missouri. Accordingly, the matter is properly before this Court under 28 U.S.C. 1346...
