This is an appeal by an employer and its insurer who were cast in judgment for statutory penalties and attorney's fees incidental to a claim for workmen's compensation by an injured employee. The facts in this case are undisputed. Plaintiff, Adam Plaisance, contracted an occupational lung disease known as bagassosis.
