This is a suit by the forced heirs of Julia Thomas, wife of, and Arthur Garry: (a) to annul a judgment rendered by the Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans on April 22, 1963, in proceeding No. 410,060 of the docket of that Court entitled "Housing Authority of New Orleans vs. Arthur Garry et als.", and, (b) to annul a tax sale in the name of A.
