The issues raised on this appeal are whether the release of a tortfeasor and the satisfaction by his insurer of a verdict in favor of plaintiffs which included special damages for medical expenses, pursuant to the terms of a liability policy, bar plaintiffs from again recovering medical expenses in a separate action against the insurer under the provisions of a so-called medical-payment coverage included in the same policy.
