Charley S. Knudtson died intestate on July 10, 1947. He was survived by his widow, Millie S. Knudtson, and by six children, three sons and three daughters, the youngest being a son nineteen years of age. One of the daughters, Alma M. Parceluk, is the plaintiff and appellant in this action.
