Hooker, R.I., 219 A.2d 772, we learned that G.L. 1956, § 15-7-16, as amended by P.L.1962, chap. 167, had been further amended by P.L.1966, chap. 211, which was approved by the Governor on May 23, 1966, only three days prior to the date our opinion was handed down...
