Petitioner is serving a sentence in the Oklahoma State Penitentiary. He here appeals from the denial of his petition for habeas corpus by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Oklahoma.

The record shows that petitioner was arrested and released on bond. He pleaded not guilty at his arraignment on March 12, 1963. Petitioner was represented by counsel who later withdrew. Trial was set for March 19th, but the petitioner...
