This cause originated in the district court of Chaffee county upon the filing of a complaint by Emelio Lionello and Carolina Posteraro Lionello as plaintiffs, against sixteen named persons and "all unknown persons who claim any interest in the subject matter of this action," as defendants.

The Lionellos sought a decree quieting their title to the Donnell Reservoir No. 1 and the Donnell Reservoir No. 2 in Chaffee county, Colorado, and the water...
