This is a suit to enjoin the defendant sewerage district and its president from discontinuing sewerage disposal service for the plaintiff's residence. The plaintiff appeals from the dismissal of his injunction suit.

The plaintiff Rogers's home is located outside the limits of the defendant sewerage district. He contends that, prior to building his home, he obtained permission in June 1962 from the district through its then president to connect...
