HARDY, Judge.

This is an action by plaintiff for the recovery of a balance due on a contract. Defendants' answer, after denying plaintiff's claims, asserted a reconventional demand. There was judgment rejecting plaintiff's demands, and judgment on the reconventional claim in favor of defendants, from which judgment plaintiff has appealed.

The contract which is the basis for this action consists of a proposal submitted by plaintiff and accepted by defendants...
