The plaintiff herein, Carroll Insurance Agency, Inc., a judgment debtor of W. O. Brewster, seized under a writ of fieri facias, as the property of its debtor, a 1956 Chrysler automobile and in due course the property was advertised for sale to be held on October 28, 1964. The National Bank of Bossier City held a chattel mortgage on the seized property securing an indebtedness of $5,000.00 which primed plaintiff's judgment. On the day of the sale plaintiff...
