The appellant, Garrett White, brought this suit against the appellees, Worley Howard and wife, Zola Howard, to quiet his title to a 25-acre tract of land near Grapevine Creek in Perry County. The Howards counterclaimed for similar relief with respect to their adjacent property and demanded damages for the wrongful cutting of timber.
