This suit was instituted against Louisiana Creamery, Inc. and its insurer, National Surety Corporation, by Mickey P. English, individually and as natural tutor for his minor child, Richard English, and by his wife Mrs. Maureen Rene English, for alleged damages caused their infant son as the result of drinking milk poured from a carton of "Lily" milk, a product of Louisiana Creamery, Inc., which Mrs. English had purchased from a Food Town, Inc. store located...
