This is the second appeal of this case. Appellants brought this action in trespass to try title and for partition of Lots 11 and 12 in Block "T" of the City of Brownsville. On the prior appeal the judgments of the District Court and the Court of Civil Appeals upholding the limitation claim of appellee, Mamie Quarnstrom, were reversed and the cause remanded with instructions. 361 S.W.2d 367, 372 (Tex.1962).
