This civil action to confirm an award in arbitration and for an accounting came on for trial on the 13th day of April, 1965. At the conclusion of the plaintiffs' case, the defendants moved this Court for a directed verdict on both causes of action. The Court granted the defendant's motions. The discussion which shall follow is the Court's opinion pursuant to Rule 52(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
