This case arises out of an intersectional automobile collision. Plaintiffs are Mrs. Marcelle Ball, owner and driver of one of the cars involved, the three lady passengers in the Ball car and the husband of one of those passengers, who as head and master of the community seeks reimbursement for his wife's medical expenses and loss of wages.
