The plaintiffs appeal from a judgment granting them only part of their demands.

This is a suit by three former minors asserting three different demands, each of them principally against a different set of defendants: (I) against the co-owners of the mineral interests in certain lands ("the Mire tract") formerly owned by their grandparents, the plaintiffs assert a claim for recognition of their own ownership of a portion of the mineral interest...
