This is an action for patent infringement brought by plaintiff Knapp-Monarch Company against defendants Casco Products Corporation and E. A. Langenfeld Associates, Ltd. Casco moved to dismiss the complaint for lack of proper venue, and the district court granted the motion. Langenfeld moved to dismiss the complaint on the ground that it had not infringed.
