In accordance with the requirements of 8 U.S.C. § 1447, a final hearing was had before this Court upon the petition for naturalization of Kalman J. Berenyi1 filed January 30, 1962, under Section 316 (a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. § 1427). A preliminary examination was conducted by a designated naturalization examiner pursuant to the provisions of 8 U.S.C. § 1446.
