This is an appeal from a conviction of the appellant of the offense of bank robbery in violation of Title 18 U.S.C.A. §§ 2113(a) and 2113(b).

Appellant asserts only two grounds for his appeal. The first, that the evidence was insufficient to warrant submission to the jury of the issue of appellant's guilt of the offenses charged, cannot be supported on the record before us.
