L. C. Taylor's dwelling, while insured for fire and extended coverage by Pennsylvania Millers Mutual Insurance Company, had the floors damaged by water. The insured's policy contained a loss-payable clause to Taylor's mortgagee, Home Security Mortgage Corporation.
