This is an action in tort wherein plaintiffs seek to recover damages sustained to an automobile on the night of November 29, 1963, in a collision with a horse owned by defendant McEnery, allegedly roaming at large on a rural highway in Morehouse Parish in violation of the provisions of a parish ordinance.
