Appellees, Howard Ulmer and wife, are the owners in fee simple of the lands described as the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 1, Township 10 North, Range 11 West, First Judicial District of Jasper County, Mississippi. The two quarter-quarter sections involved are irregular in size and together contain 101 acres of land.
