In this case the plaintiff sued the defendant for commissions for services as agent in securing a group insurance contract allegedly due under the terms of a written, "Special Agent's Contract" between the parties which provided for a schedule of commission rates on different kinds of insurance contracts. The trial resulted in a verdict for the plaintiff, and the defendant assigns error on the judgment of the trial court overruling his motion for judgment...
