Union Producing Company, A. J. Hodges Industries, Inc. and Douglas Whitaker, the defendants-appellants herein, seek reversal of a judgment ordering the cancellation of two oil, gas and mineral leases on certain lands situated in Claiborne Parish, Louisiana. This action was brought by J. C. LeSage, who acquired from appellants' lessors mineral interests affecting the lands included in the leases involved in this legal controversy. The plaintiff, J....
