Carroll, in Cause No. 64C 110(1), brought suit against the government for damages for injuries arising out of an accident, and thereafter his wife, Betty Ann Carroll, in Cause No. 65C 79(1), brought suit against the government for damages for loss of consortium by reason of the injuries to her husband, William G.
