This is a suit to set aside a compensation order under the Longshoremen's and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 44 Stat. 1424 as amended, 33 U.S.C. Sec. 901 et seq. (1958), as extended by the Defense Base Act, 55 Stat. 622 as amended, 42 U.S.C. Sec. 1651 et seq. (1958).
