The trial court, based on a jury verdict, rendered judgment in favor of appellees for $35,531.00 against Pacific Finance Loans, Pacific Finance Corporation and Joe Darrell Jackson. The damages resulted from injuries suffered by Mrs. Rucker on September 19, 1961, when an automobile driven by Joe Darrell Jackson, the agent of Pacific Finance Loans, collided with the automobile which she was driving.
