HERLIHY, J.

The deceased was employed as a bakery routeman and while working on July 9, 1962 experienced chest pains and was taken to a hospital where his condition was diagnosed as acute myocardial infarction. He returned to his home on August 5, 1962 and on August 17 was returned to the hospital where he died. A subsequent autopsy stated that the cause of death was "cardiac failure secondary to acute myocardial infarction". There was testimony by the...
